On behalf of Australia Institute of Business and Technology (AIBT), we extend our warmest congratulations on becoming a new member of our college. To start your study with AIBT, firstly you MUSTÂ attend Orientation and complete the sign up.
We are thrilled that your learning journey with us is about to begin!

We are now facilitating both Onsite & Online Orientation and sign up for our new students. Details of the Orientation and sign up are listed below.

When is Orientation and sign up?
See the table below for where and when your onsite orientation will be. For students attending our Online Orientation, please use the Microsoft Teams link below to attend the Livestream on the same day and time as the onsite orientation.

How do I complete my Orientation and sign up?
a) If you are attending the Onsite Orientation,
simply bring the listed required documents with you and follow the guidance our friendly Student Support Team at reception.
- Copy of Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)/Letter of Offer
- Portrait photo of yourself
- Copy of passport
- Copy of current Visa Grant Letter (or VEVO report)
b) If you are attending the Online Orientation,
download the Student Information Sheet, complete and sign it with genuine information and send it back to us along with the listed documents:
- Copy of Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)/Letter of Offer
- Portrait photo of yourself
- Copy of passport
- Copy of current Visa Grant Letter (or VEVO report)
Once we receive the above documents, we will take care of the registration process for you.
We will also send you login details so you can access both college Outlook Account and Moodle Account for college emails and learning materials.

What if I can't attend the Onsite or Online Orientation?
If you unfortunately miss your Orientation Information Session, watch the recording of the session via the “View Recording” button. A recording will be uploaded soon after the Orientation session.Â
