To be eligible for the AVEC Marketing Tier Level Incentive, Business Partners must discuss their respective Marketing Incentive with their VConsultancy Sales Representative and have a Marketing Tier Level Incentive Plan approved by the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer via email confirmation prior to 31st December 2023.

Exclusive $5,000 AUD Marketing Tier Level Incentive can be utilised in one of the following ways:
Co-Branded Marketing Collateral
∙ Business Partners will be eligible to raise a Tax Invoice for approved co-branded printed marketing collateral. ∙ All Marketing Collateral must be presented to your VConsultancy Sales Representative and must be pre-approved by the CMO prior to claiming the incentive. ∙ Official tax invoice and photo/video evidence must be provided. ∙ Does not include postage or handling if marketing collateral is required to be shipped or delivered.
Social Media Marketing Campaign
The ad campaign must be presented to your VConsultancy Sales Representative prior to approval from the CMO. ∙ All artwork and details of the ad campaign must be pre-approved by our CMO prior to claiming the incentive. ∙ A tax invoice can only be raised after approval of the campaign and on the completion of the ad campaign. ∙ The Business Partner will be required to show an official tax invoice from the social media channel and evidence of the campaign to be eligible. ∙ Does not include any extra ongoing campaign costs. If the campaign continues and is more than the value of the planned, approved incentive, the Business Partner is responsible for all extra and ongoing costs.
Customised Video Creation
Customised Video ideas must be presented to VConsultancy Sales Representative and CMO for approval prior to any incentive claim. ∙ Once presented, our Marketing Team will quote the cost of video production. ∙ A tax invoice can only be raised after the completion of the video and may be pre-deducted from the total cost of the video production once the balance of payment is received. ∙ This cannot be used for any other video company that is not approved by the CMO.
Customised Photo Content
Customised Corporate photoshoot ideas must be presented to the VConsultancy Sales Representative and CMO for approval prior to any incentive claim. ∙ Once approved, our Marketing Team will quote the cost of the photo shoot. ∙ A tax invoice can only be raised after the completion of the photo shoot and may be pre-deducted from the total cost of the photo shoot once the balance of payment is received. ∙ This cannot be used for any other photo company that is not approved by the CMO
