The purpose of this announcement is to inform you about the update of the Monitoring Student Course Attendance and Progress Policy and Procedure.
This policy and procedure was updated to ensure that the college can provide assistance to students in completing their course within the expected duration in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Key points to note are as follows:
- The college will telephone students to ensure their safety and well-being (e.g., a student may inform the college of any difficulties that prevent him or her from studying).
- The college will provide a reminder to students for maintaining course attendance and progress in timely manner.
- Clearer calculation of class attendance percentage.
