I would like to provide an update regarding your access to our student management system (Job Ready). Although some students face the technical difficulties to access to their Job Ready, the college has resolved the issue. You should now be able to access your personal information and selected course information in Job Ready.
What is student management system (Job Ready)?
Job Ready will allow students to check and manage their personal information profile and study progress.
How can I access Job Ready?
Through our college’s ‘single-sign’ on system, once logged into your AIBT student email, you should have automatic access to Job Ready without having to enter you details. Please note, if you are logged into other Microsoft/Outlook emails, the single-sign will not work and you may receive an error message. If this is the case, please open you web browser in a private window e.g. Incognito on chrome or In Private on Internet Explorer. What are students’ obligation?
As required by the regulations (National code 2018), students must notify the college of their current address, mobile and email within 7 days of changes. As a result, students can update their current contact details at any time via Job Ready.
Do I receive any training on how to use Job Ready?
Yes, the college provides you a training video. You can watch and learn how to access Job Ready and edit your profile.
What should I do if there is any wrong information in Job Ready and I cannot edit it?
